Laptop won't nouns up - even within secure mode - assist!?

First of all, do NOT format the drive similar to someone suggested. Formatting deletes everything!
Start up beside the laptop with the Windows compact disc in, boot from the compact disc. Once it "finds" Windows installed, then do a repair. That should fix it.
If this doesn't work, find a tech you trust to reclaim your data beforehand any other repairs are done. If you don't trust them, find someone else. It doesn't have to be expensive.
What exactly you did when it be working i mean formerly last successful shut down if you installed any driver or delete any report the try to boot up with "Last Good Known Configuration" instead of Safe Mode.

a driver is corrupted surrounded by the laptop system which needs to be repaired i guess any personage who has a bit knowhow on laptops could fix it.
Formatting it would be the most appropriate way i guess if you don't want to format it as it have some important files try to verbs the files to a PC by making the hard disk as slave using a USB-USB lead

If you hold no data or games that you want to save later you can use the restore CD that should enjoy come with the laptop. If not consequently put the operating system CD into the laptop and manufacture sure that the CD is the first boot device surrounded by the bios settings. restart the laptop and hit any key when prompted to start from disc. If this works you may find that you will have to reload some device drivers
look the window lost some system files that is noteworthy to load the window that's why it doesn't want to load but the best bearing is to restore the system if its restore or try to reinstall the windows and how i will convey u 1- put the windows compact disc if its xP it will load by itself and update u to press any key to start so press any push button
2- it will start loading windows files
3-it will ask u if u want to repair the window try that first and if it didn't work try the same steps but this time u will press Esc
4-it will ask u to choose the driver u want to install the window and the it will ask u to format don't do it or u will delete all the files but choose move the files the same i construe the last one and consequently it will ask u to change the window directory and then it will start to insatll the window
i agree with booting past its sell-by date the cd rom, and choosing the repair option, this will put you into the repair console (looks a bit resembling dos,) you might need to enter the administrator password. after type in chkdsk /f. this will attempt to repair nay corrupt files. if that does cure it a reload of xp is required.
