Laptop Hard drive ANSWER PLZ!?

Is in attendance that much of a difference between the following?

160GB 5400 RPM SATA Hard Drive
100GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive

I know, the 7200rpm is much faster, but is that a concern in laptops? Does it craft THAT much of a difference? And how does this apply to Gamers/Multi taskers.

Answer:
Actually, for gamers/multitaskers, the difference is not quite as huge as lapyramid would hold you think. If you're gaming/multitasking, you want more RAM, a faster GPU, and a faster CPU/processor - fundamentally little if anything will bottleneck because of HDD RPMs.

The only track the difference would be noticeable is if you be CONSTANTLY writing LARGE (100+MB) files to disk, like if you be running your laptop as a fileserver on a home network, but even next, network would bottleneck LONG up to that time HDD speed would.

Personally, if it were my choice to manufacture, I'd take the one that's ever so slightly slower (5400RPM is not adjectives that bad for laptop drives) but next to much more space.
For games and multitaskers specifically the 7200 rpm drive is going to be better and you will notice the difference during these applications of the computer.
