There is no such thing as a cheap gaming laptop. Check out Dell XPS.
$500? Sure, if you wanna play Solitaire or Pinball.
yes i own one for 275$
Try eBay... You'll probably have to draw from a used one for the prices you're looking for.
I'm sorry, but that really isn't possible. Most games are graphics and cpu intesive and therefore require more costly parts after more basic laptops. You could seize a fairly correct gaming laptop for about $750 though, if you can scrounge up that much check out the acer 9300
No. Not possible unless you are planning on playing games from 3 years or more ago. Don't expect to play anything that requires more than a 32MB symbolic card. Ebay is your best bet for that low of a price. If you are really careful you might find a used Falcon NW laptop or Alienware used and those would be gold ingots. Even an old one would be better than a brand unusual Dell Inspiron 1501.

Gametap is a great monthly service that has loads of matured games. For $10 a month you could play many great games of the unpunctually 90s and early 00s that would run on an elder laptop.

Still I would recommend saving and getting a $1000 system. With a $1000 laptop you would probably human being able to play popular games near the graphics set at the low settings. Games like WoW and HL2 should work.

Also if you are buying a cheap laptop bring in sure it has wireless internet built surrounded by. Life with lacking wireless is nearly pointless in today's technology world.
