Laptop Graphics Card?

Is at hand a way to check a laptops Graphcs card? Or is it integrated beside something not allowing you to?
Basically I have a fully clad laptop I wanna play game son but not have a decent graphics card is stopping me from playing partially the games I want to?
So help needed?

Answer:
Go to 'My Computer.' Right click anywhere explicitly blank and go to properties. Go to the Hardware tab and click on Device Manager. Click on Display Adapters and it'll describe you what video card you have.
