Ram problem?
But when i check using system info in systems tools it say 2 gigs o.O?
what gives?
Answers:
If you don't want to start on it up and look, take a look at the POST eyeshade at bootup.
It checks the RAM operation first and will show you the total installed.
If you see a manufacturer's logo screen when you boot the computer, hit the ESC switch as soon as it shows up and you should then see the POST [power on self test] blind.
You can fake things contained by Windows if you know enough in the region of the registry, but you can't lie to the BIOS.
This is a in good health known problem call "You got ripped off"!
Is this a unmarked computer?
If so, call the businessman.
update bios.it can be old..come up with of it...
Let's assume you've actually get the 2 gig installed, afterwards it may me the on board video card is set up to use a see for video. Not likely, but possible.
Most potential is either:
1: ripped sour.
2: needs bios update.
If the post doesn't show 2gig, afterwards contact the seller, especially if you enjoy a reciept showing the 2gig.
Good luck.
