Answer:
Sounds like a organize is loose. Check all your speaker connections.
If this dont work, press start, control panel, celebration and maintainance,system,hardware,d... manager, next sound device. Check in attendance is no yellow circle beside a ! mark subsequent to anything. If there is, right click and update or install drivers.
After a reboot your speakers should be fine.
You might enjoy muted it by mistake, try unmuting it. You can double click the little speaker icon close by your clock and there is a checkbox to mute in that.
* look at your sound settings or reinstall the drives

There was a desperate microsoft update that caused a problem similar to yours.
You may own a button on the side of the Laptop that turns the Speakers off.
Things to try are to check the manifest things. Wires / power / volume level.
Then download the most recent driver updates and install. If there is a downfall with the hardware, it should fall through because the install program won't be able to find the hardware.
Go into the window control panel, in 98 look up System after device manager, contained by XP look up hardware.
If there are any exclamation grades, there's a problem that Windows can probably help you next to.
Failing that, I think sending / taking it subsidise and replacing it is probably the way to turn if you've only have it a month.
on the back of your box it should be plugged contained by but it might of fallen out
Well, firstly, I know that computers hold sound cards, and sometimes, they disconnect. Mine did once, so I put it subsidise in place. Try seeing if yours is within place. =)
Secondly, go on the start menu, control panel, sounds speech and audio devices, and next sounds and audio devices. I think you know the rest, lol ;)
If THAT doesn't work, after I'd suggest you ask your local pc store, and find out why your nouns isn't working on the computer.
You know, now that I regard about it, it could be merely the speakers. Maybe they don't work anymore? I don't know really, I just thought of that while I be typing lol. Anyway, hope I helped! =)
