My boss get similar problem the other day. It turned out to be a blemished wire nouns between the laptop screen and the hardisk because he other open and closes the laptop :p.
wht do u tight-fisted processor indicator is on? are u saying that u can switch it on but nuthin appears on the monitor? be there any beep sound? try taking out the RAM n put it contained by a different slot... if u have 2 RAMs after take out 1 first consequently on it again... make sure when u do this the power cord is not connected to the laptop nor the mobile... aftr u took it out n put it back if nearby is a beeping nouns then it could be ur RAM
btw fashion sure ur hands are static free... coz RAM can obtain spoil if u static arnd it...
if it's still doesn't work ask any of ur frens if u can swap the RAM 4 a while just to interview it... if this still doesn't work... 2 possibilities
1: ur processor is out
2: ur motherboard is out... based on the certainty that it is built-in graphic u can assessment this if u have a monitor n plug it surrounded by the VGA female connector at the laptop
