Switch internet service providers or the download site. Depending on what you're downloading and where on earth from, you probably cannot download it any faster. My download usually vary by the source. If i download from microsoft i usually obtain speeds 80kb - 140 kb per sec versus on limewire 3kb/sec to 90kb/sec. It all purely depends.
