Why is my laptop so HOT?
i bought this from costco. i bought it about a year ago. but i just this minute noticed tat it is really HOT. i used speed disciple and the results were below.
HD0:51C
Temp1:71C
Core0:70C
Core1:72C
and no these are not F.
It is a core duo T2400. beside 2 GB of Ram.
plz help me. make clear to me if my computer is too hot or not, and tell me what can i do nearly it.

If your laptop got to hot the systemboard will protect itself and power sour the laptop. The temps dont look that bad. if its the bottom of the laptop that get hot it could be the battery. Does the mobile seem resembling it dont last as long? Are you running from the wall? You could be over heat the battery. Its best to replace this.
I would suggest cleaning out the vent as they probably are backed up next to dust, use that computer air blow duster stuff.
To prevent the laptop from over heat, make sure that when you aren't going to be using the laptop or you dance to bed, that you turn off the laptop and unplug it. As this cause the laptop to overheat and long-term can do damaged to the freestyle (over charging it).
There's not all that much you can do around it. it's normal for the computer to fry like that. Best entity you can do if you're that worried is get a laptop cooler. They plug right into your USB port. so there's no superfluous plug needed. Hope that helps.

backbone in the daytime, vents be behind the laptops. but we cant do anything almost it but to buy the damn mat!
