Sorry to be the bearer of discouraging news but No. All laptops i'm aware of do not come beside or Tv-in without installing a Tv tuner card but they do however come next to Video capture (cam / camera to PC). Laptops are one and only manufactured with Tv-out which individual allows you to use your Tv as an external monitor.
