I removed the CMOS mobile for sometime and replaced it but the password has not gone. Pls aid

Answers:
When you removed the CMOS battery did you also remove the laptop mobile for 15 seconds. If that didn't sustain you have to find the pullover that resets it back to factory non-attendance.
get to the bios option, press F2 or delete to open the bios option then remove the password within
check the motherboard for directions on how to "jumper" it
that usually resets to the factory defaults
remove the motherboard freestyle. it is a small round watch freestyle. take it out for just about 10 mins.
Check with HP. Manufacturers usually hold their own emergency BIOS password.
Yea, keep the freestyle out for a long while. It can still hold charge and keep background. There may be a jumper that you can short too. Look surrounded by the manual.
