My averatec 3700 series go to black blind -possibly warmth problem-any suggestions on how to fix?

I wipe evrything out just to clear sure that no software problems exist-still computer crashes. It is only a year old-should my hardware be cause me problems already?

sounds like you memory stick may be dieing.But could be overheating although I don't dream up a computer of a year old should.I would check my warranty papers in the past I do anything...good luck
Try upgrading the system Bios and if you know how to attach a heat sink on the CPU afterwards its OK put some heat sink on the CPU or see that the CPU enthusiast is also rotating and if possible check for adjectives the loose contacts in the system.
