Is 2mb adequate memory for a vista nouns laptop running mysql,tomcat,eclipse ?

MOST LAPTOPS I SEE NOW HAVE A MAX OF 2MB OF MEMORY WHICH SEEMS TO BE A BIT LOW FOR VISTA

ANY THOUGHTS FOR J2EE DEVELOPMENT?

Answers:
2GB is fine. A laptop is a bit shy on power for MySQL, Tomcat, and Eclipse running at matching time. But with a Core 2 Duo, it should be supportable. Some laptops can handle 4GB, but the trade bad is that the memory modules (2x2GB) can be quite expensive.
2MB lol wtf? is that laptop from 1980?

Standards today is 2GB

1024Mb = 1GB
2048MB = 2GB
Do you tight two gigabytes? Two megabytes of memory are barely adequate to run DOS let alone Vista.
