I want to set up a wireless internet connection,how do I get your hands on that?And I need to set up a firewall contained by my laptop and when I try to turn on,it says due to new problem it cannot be turned on.How do I solve all these problems?Is it true that you can stretch out your laptop into pieces or spereate some parts to clean or remove dust?And is it possible that if I reinstall my entire system again using WIndows xp?Please answer me.

1. You call for a wireless router to set up the Internet connection. Or a mobile broadband justification through a phone company. Plus a wireless card or built in wireless for your laptop.
2. Unresolved issue? Might be a corrupt report, driver, dll, etc... can't help near that.
3. Yes you can open up a laptop, but they are not intensely easy to put fund together. Don't recommend doing it yourself.
4. Yes it is possible that a reinstall will resolve the second question, but it is not 100% but it won't assist the other questions.
