What is the US release date for the Asus Eee 701?

I know that it's supposed to be sometime this winter, but I want to know an actual date :)

It will be released this August. No one can distribute you the exact date as yet. But it will be released surrounded by August. It is priced at $199.00 In my opinion this is an excellent price.
Yeah this device looks awesome. I cant linger for it to be released neither.
