Not necessarily. People who shift to jail or prison not often serve the full term of their sentence. Even relations with longer documents than Paris might end up walking within such a short period of time.

Paris Hilton got cut time because of her attorney and then go to jail for 4 days but later her therapist said that she feel overwhelmed and stopped eating, so she be let out and in a minute under house arrest within her parents mansion (oh thats a real punishment) and is excluded to party!
if I ever frontage prison, I would love to go to Paris Mansion. In certainty I'd love to go in attendance for a holiday. It just go to show, its not what you know.
