I am have problems installing vista home premium on my toshiba satellite a30?

when the computer restarts after copying the setup files, it give me a message saying window has be shutdown to protect your computer. it tells me 2 update my bios lead to its not ACPI compliant. i did upgrade my bios but it still doesnt work. wut do i do?
