I hear Macbook Pro after awhile makes a extremely annoying sound. Is this true?

It depends what model you hold. The very first MBPs, Rev. A, have this problem (these were the Core Duo MBPs). However, the newer MBPs (Core 2 Duos) do not roughly suffer from this problem.
There were some that did this, it's not adjectives though. Mine works perfectly. I love it.
Most machines own fans that eventually wear out.
Simply replace them.
