Has any ever deal next to a HP Pavilion zu1000?

I purely acquired this singular laptop with no power supply and some of the screw missing. Just wondering is it worth the cash to own it fixed. Its got a Pentium 3 chip, thats something like as much as I know . For some reason the HP site doesn't hold much info on this model. I had to rape an ibm thinkpad for its frozen drive.

Answer:
My personal opinion is to use it as a door stop. But after I'm biased when it comes to HP Pavilions as I supported them for a year before getting a material job.

Let's a moment ago say that I've never needed to get a Pavilion or recommend them to anybody. I will recommend HP printers, servers and workstations (their business PCs rock) but the lower ending home PCs and laptops suck.

If I were you I'd look for an IBM or Toshiba instead.
THat model maxed out at 750MHz PIII... worth conceivably $100-$150 fully working at best. Is it worth getting fixed? Depends very much what it costs to fix and for a trial PSU.

Probably not worth paying a shop to fix.
