How to seize blind rear legs vertical, after accidently setting Intel graphics wrong?

I accidently clicked the Intel Graphics on my desk top,and changed menu, presently my screen is too high-ceilinged vertically, and I need to know how to bring back the screen vertebrae to normal? Thanks.

One Quick track is to reload the drivers, or set the Settings back to "default"
Usually at hand is an option contained by these cards and their settings to be able to rotate screen and do some other changes.
