The only valid way to take any advice on this would be to take the information from the error message it's giving you. Get a camera and take a picture, or try to write it down as nifty as you can. Otherwise, it's really impossible to see what the problem is.
Chances are, though, is that your operating system is shot. You may need to reformat. Reformatting, however, will incentive you to lose EVERYTHING on your hard drive, so if you can catch any information on the errors so we can help you short losing all your stuff, you might want to try and do that.

I recommend that you take it to a computer technician. I judge that only he will know how to recover your background. Even that he have to format and reinstall adjectives the programs later.
if anything messed up, your only later option is to format and reinstall your computer again. does your computer come next to recovery discs? if it does, afterwards oop in the disc, restart your computer, since you're using HP, press F12 (I think) to nouns up the choice which one to boot up first, select CD drive, consequently it will automatic clean up your computer and restart everything adjectives over again, and as you predicted, it will delete everything.
Sounds like you involve a computer geek. It will cost you. Time to buy a new nouns top. It was inevitable.
