Troubleshot contained by my notebook hp dv5000?

I own a troubleshot in my notebook hp dv5000 : When I press the power button the desk light indicator begin flasing whithout stopping and my blind stay black without any facts (my notebook dose not open any way)
Is this problem from video card or bios and how can I solve it since I cant use any bootable cd or inter to the bios.

You are probably surrounded by "Standby" mode. Try pushing power button again to get it out of this mode. If it doesn't work, after try holding down the button for 10 seconds, which will completely power down the component, i.e. it will stop blinking and then push the power button again to boot it.
