If this is a new HP component you are entitled for free unlimited software support for at least the first 30 days.

Gosh, is in attendance no Control Program to install them, and under Start isn't in that an all programs, so you can click on the one you want within? Sorry not much help. This is worrisome. I don't know if I want to install Vista if it is that much different. I also got a alien HP in January and it will be sent to me in the next week I believe they said.
