I am getting arranged to purchase a laptop computer, but I dont want to have to find wireless internet and all that stuff right very soon, so can I still use my regular internet, dsl instead? I'm thinking yeah, but I just looked-for to ask before I bought a bright computer.

Answers:
You could use both, depending on the configuration and set up you have and also depends on your preferance.

If you own previously had an internet nouns then buying a unusual laptop would not change the existing set up.

You could use the unknown laptop with the existing internet nouns, just as long as you own the modem.

No hassle, just plug it within the way you used to do.

Of course, have the option to travel wireless is much more convenient. You can connect practically anywhere, even in the shower though I wouldn't recommend you to do so..

If sooner or later you decided you want to achieve rid of all the cable, just move about buy yourself a wireless router and plug your DSL to it.
Yes, buying a laptop now have wireless internet installed. You can however block using wireless internet and use regular internet instead.
Wireless is just the environment. If you had a wireless access point or router next to wireless your laptop could use the DSL. Otherwise, disable the wireless, and run the CAT5 cord from the DSL modem to the Network Jack on your laptop for instant Internet
Yep, you can plug the wire into the side (or back) and use it that route. My laptop has a button on the front near what looks like an antenna on it which turns the wireless rotten when I'm not using it. Yours will probably have something similar.
You don't 'block' the wireless internet. You enjoy to have a wireless router for it to work, so if adjectives you buy is the modem - whether it's for DSL or cable - then you don't own to bother with the wireless member.
Yes, you can use wired even if you have a wireless network device installed. (Both come with the notebook) Notebook manufacturer do not assume (yet) that you will always own access to wireless internet capabilities.
Yeah you can use ur regular internet, but within most cases you will have to buy a router, and after use an ethernet cable to connect your laptop to the router. This is how my laptop is connected to the internet, it may be different depending on your internet nouns.
Wireless internet on a laptop is different from wireless internet let from a cell phone provider. That allow to step wireless anywhere they have a exchange cards. Wireless is standard in laptop immediately. It enable you to surf the net through your dsl line minus wireless. Freedom to move around in your house. You necessitate a router to do that. Otherwise good ancient cat 5 cable works as well.
Yes, most(99%) LTs are set up to button both wireless and phone connections.
