My husband bought me a laptop computer for Christmas. There be a $100 rebate which we carefully followed directions and sent contained by right after Christmas. We never received it. I've checked online and nothing. They won't even answer my e-mails as promised. I've read some of your complaints on RunQA and I will never purchase anything from Circuit City again. Not with the sole purpose that, my laptop computer did not even come with any paperwork. I found that weird and wonderful. I've heard it should come near a book, cd, ads. Don't buy from Circuit City, especially if you're offered a rebate!

I have other gotten my rebate from ciruit city and will always buy from them. Even when I made a mistake on a rebate they fixed and reissued a check. You should enjoy gone to the manager of the store you bought it from. There rebate center have gone out of there process for me. When I screwed up!!!!!
