My laptop wont start - it say \'cannot find shelter.sam\'?

My laptop wont start - it say \'cannot find security.sam\'. I enjoy loads of files on my laptop I cannot get to. Any warning would be appreciated.

Reinstalling windows is an chance when selecting separator select "leave the barrier intact". In that way , you wont lose any files. Or you can download linux knoppix and burn it on to a compact disc and use it as an operating system and back up the files to your Pen drive or DVD etc.
