If your Laptop be recently purchased System restore could own created a restore point from the beginning. If your Laptop is so discouraging that it doesn't load window properly, reinstall windows. If you didn't achieve any cds with your laptop, buy it. If you cant afford it, your probably stuffed! :-)
u get ur windows cd? only just reinstall windows but remember to copy adjectives ur wanted program 1st.
