Anyone chirpy next to Vista?
Answer:
I have Vista as a second operating system on my computer. I really like the new illustrative shiny stuff, but this reduce the actions of your machine, it really requirements a powerful computer!
If you ask me why I wont use Vista as my first operating system I will tell you why:
1-It slows my contraption even that I have a powerful one.
2- some softwares didn't work surrounded by it like Adobe reader 8, which is a unpromising sign that other programs might not work either.
3- Vista requests longer time to start and to shut down than XP.
4- I don't need the HIGH horizontal of security that Vista hold out, may be if am using my computer as a server I would think in the region of it, anyway, any anti virus would do the job.
5- You don't call for to install drivers, Vista will do it. But it didn't recognize my trial HP printer, which doesn't have a Vista disc to install its driver, so you might need to step check the web for drivers that vista doesn't support.
The things I like about Vista is the spanking new Aero look and the Chess game :D
In my evaluation it doesn't deserve that high price.
i dont even hold vista.... LOL
Imvery happy beside my windows vista computer. It is cool, and swift. it has deeply more features than xp, and it is sooo beautiful!!!!
I use a mac but I preserve hearing that vista resource hog.
My dad get Vista and I had to try to fix adjectives the problems with it. First of adjectives, there be an about blank page error that be apparently a script error that I couldn't fix, he have software & hardware compatibility problems. Some of the programs I wanted to install to assist him with running were as expected not compatible with Vista.
I also despicable the endless clicks from the shelter center. Just a little excessive and annoying.
To me it looks resembling just another Microsoft product that be rushed out without have all the bugs worked out. It's adjectives about the money though.
I'll stick near my XP Pro for awhile until the bugs are worked out.
From what I heard it sucks. I will not win it even after a year. Leopard all the process.
I'm am absolutely blissful with Vista.
If Vista comes pre-installed on a clean PC its pretty cool, but everyone I know who upgraded from XP has have major problems.
Personally, I'm not getting Vista for close to 12 months. This is probably recommended to any gamers out there, because dx10 games aren't coming out for a while, and right in a minute, u'll get worse execution on a Vista computer, because of the rushed drivers. I also prefer a Mac over Windows, but i just use my XP computer for gaming. Everything else I do on a Mac, especially using the internet. I am probably going to stick to Macs for home computers, and a short time ago upgrade my pc over time for gaming and for Vista.
