Mac or PC?
What is the best laptop on the souk for graphic design?
thank you
Answer:
I prefer PC becuase it provides the better specs. But as for pictographic design, I went next to MAC becuase it's more design oriented than PC's. I've done illustrative design on them for years and they keep on recovering and better.
If you are not very bright but want a computer to be precise dead simple to do some of the stuff that the smart kids do, you want a MAC. If you are one of the smart kids, carry a PC. If you want to do graphic design and hold a decent environment, don't draw from a laptop.
Mac Mac Mac for its elegance, intuitive operation & other reason too numerous to list!
It is THE computer you want for illustrative design, and that's not just my assessment - it's the industry standard.
PC, because the wide flexibilty. From the hardware until software you can customize everything the track you want to. The best laptop for graphic design some say mac, but i'm not graphic design guy so i'm not really sure.
You're make the acquaintance of. ^^
I prefer Windows, though Mac will come out to be the winner on comparison. Mac is clearly better for graphic design and adjectives.
Advantages of Windows :
1.Big market share
2.Good support
3.Large number of applications and software available.
4.Excellent gor gaming.
5.Relatively lower overall cost.
Advantages of Mac :
1.Very protected and stable.
2.Excellent for audio / video editing, and graphics designing.
3.Better UI (user interface).
I personally use a Mac, a PC, and a Linux device all on a regular justification. I highly recommend the Mac for creative work (in my shield, video editing in Final Cut Pro and 3D animation surrounded by Maya) due to its tendency to end, fantastic color quality on Mac monitors, great operating system, and the certainty that it supports all the software you stipulation.
If you're interested in illustrative design, I'd pick up a MacBook and a copy of Illustrator (or Photoshop) CS3. Computers have gotten powerful ample that you really don't need the speed of the MacBook Pro anymore.
Hi from France
PC, PC and PC !! In my judgment it's the best ...I have get a desktop, my next will be a laptop, desktop is too big for my little appartment, !o!...
Have a nice hours of daylight,
Cat.
Mac is better as you can run a software like Boot Camp and you can use Windows and Mac on alike computer.
the MacBook Pro is great for graphics design as it has appropriate processor, memory and video card, which are essential for graphic design.
if you are buying a MacBook Pro, i recommend you keep on for the update this Tuesday which will probably change the eyeshade to a LED LCD screen which is more eco friendly and brighter and the chipset to the fresh Intel Santa Rosa platform.
I strongly recommend visiting <http://asia.cnet.com/buyingguides/notebo... since they hold such a helpful network site which can easily guide you through the in one piece procedures. I was guiding my niece when she be asking her parent for buying a new laptop and what would fit her desires.
For graphic design it is plainly best. I saw one of the respondents here say that laptop has better specs but mac works differently and it ends up that mac is equal or better. I enjoy a mac and a pc and hold found the mac is a much nicer system, doesn't crash and pc other seem to receive system errors and imy mac always runs so smoothly.
My friend (well several) changed from workstation to a mac and they think it is so much nicer. Oh and remember smaller amount viruses or none even.
They are slightly more expensive but the components concluding longer also.
All the best with your declaration. It is a hard one end in i remember making it.
A Mac is too expensive to afford. A PC will be just right for you. The lone reason why Macs are obedient is because of their graphic competence and it is user friendly. The same with a PC. Just install the software for symbolic design.
Lots of people own different opinions. Pc have great internet and all, but Mac is better for art-programs, and those kind of stuff. They are both different in several different ways. Mac would probably have better graphics, but it's pretty not easy to get used to a Mac if you enjoy been using a PC your in one piece life.
