How can i increase the virtual memory of my Laptop?

i hold been doing a usuaL defragmenting but it seem that it doenst increase its capacity? pLease heLp! gratitude for the answers!

If your running Windows XP

Start - Control panel - System - advanced - performance (settings) button click advanced tab. From here at the bottom you can adjust your virtual memory.
control panel-systems-look for memory and it will give you a place to craft changes within your virtual memories.
put in the number to increase your virtual memory and do what it say.
Vitual memory deals near RAM and nothing related to defraging your complex drive. Try going to my computer - right click your hard drive - and press the "Disk Cleanup" button. That tool will for sure free up some space.
