Rosetta mode within mozilla firefox?

what does that denote? all i know it allows me to play games that require shockwave on my macbook pro. what else does it do? negative/positive?

Answer:
Rosetta is a utility program that make the Mac computer program run as if it was on the elder Power PC chips. Some of the old programs do not run ably on the Intel chips in the MacBook, so Rosetta emulate the old chips so the elder program will run. It can slow the application down. There is a new copy of shockwave you can install to update Firefox, and a new magazine (2) of Firefox also.
