Which is better, a Gateway MT6705 or a MT6451?

The 6705 is more expensive but up to date, and the 6451 is refurbished but cheaper with a better Graphics card.

Don't throw away your money on Gateway. You cannot upgrade the PC. Buy yourself a Toshiba or Sony. If you are concerned about price... you can buy Acer or HP. But ask the salesman at Bestbuy they are well-versed on what is your best buy in your price collection.
You're better off getting the Gateway MT6705.
