I would suggest looking through your CDs to find a disk from Dell that is labeled applications. It might even be on your restoration disc.
If you have no luck finding the CDs, try contacting Dell. It possible their support might know how to help you. Also, pop in the hardware manufacturer's website to see if they had a free program to use.
If you own any OEM CDs for Nero, try using installing it. It works well. You can legitimately do this as long as it's not installed on any other computer.
