Computer grill?

I enjoy an Acer laptop and when im watching a video it kind of only freezes and skips( like your looking at pictures). I be watcing resce me and then it newly skips but the sound keep playing. Im i suppose to do something.? I dont know anything about computers.

If your using Windows Media Player, craft sure you have adjectives your updates from Microsoft website. Your connection speed may be slow and plays a slice in it. Make sure your settings
are correct according to the internet speed, dialup, dsl,
broadband or cable.

it sounds close to the computer cant handel the video, some things you might want to do are

-defrag the hard drive
-add more RAM
-stop unnessary programs from starting beside the computer,

if you dont know how to do that email me
clean ur concrete drive
go to medium player > options > dramatization > sync audio and video check it
how old is the laptop and is the disc surrounded by good condition or full of scratch
use vlc
