Its performance have been patently lower for some reason, even strait out of the box. The customer service it horrific. I have fixed simple problems beside his computer that the technicians didnt know how to. The dell techs are in india, and it can be fairly hard to explain your problem to them.
The competence is also lower. Quite a bit lower. And its thick.

Dell. In my assessment. We have 6 Dell computers, and they accomplish wonderfully. I've tried others, and HP is pretty good, but I've have excellent experiences with Dell, and I will verbs to purchase from them. Whatever you buy, DON"T get in recent times the consumer model. They are impossible to upgrade and or repair, and the business units are much easier to pilfer care of and correction parts in. Business class unit are also more rugged and last longer than the typical consumer unit.
