I bought my laptop this year. When I close and unambiguous my laptop, I hear a big cracking sound. When it does this, it resists movement (opening, closing). What should I do? I can still unfold and close it, but I'm afraid that my computer might get worn out if I keep doing this. It's a Gateway, if that help. Thanks for helping me!
Answer:
I think thats the plastic cover higher than the keyboard rubbing on the LCD cover, check if its incompatible (just push it down)
smash it with a tack hammer.........or call Gateway
If it's smaller number than a year old, you should enjoy coverage through your warranty. Call Gateway.
use ur warranty hun, thats not normal
