Well at hand is dell which is quite cheap but not a great carrying out, hp expensive but perfect, if u are really conversation about the best it will cost u much.
HP latops own impressed me recently. Its affordable similar to around 650 dollars and it comes with "widescreen" screen, dvd burners and awesome programs like movie editors and what not. you should check them out!
I own been extremely thankful with my Toshiba, and acceptably sunny with my Sony Vaio. That's what comfort I can offer.

As a computer technician, I work on computers all-day long so I know which ones are bad. I service both Mac (Apple) and PC laptops.
To be honest, if you're interested surrounded by a Windows-based laptop I would look at Toshiba's line of notebook. They are excellent quality and I own one myself and own nothing discouraging to say almost it.
On the other hand, from a professional stand-point I favor Apple's MacBook file. They offer the speed and reliabilty you obligation without the clutter of Windows. Also they are tremendously smaller number prone to security vunerabilities and to this daylight, there have yet to be a serious virus found to infect Mac OS X.
