Laptop won't fully start up?
I deduce it might be the battery, and if this help, I usually have the AC plug contained by it. It almost never runs off of the freestyle alone.

If you can reboot, do a safe mode reboot and remove that photoshop software. Once removed check your resources as far as memory and storage space.
To do a locked reboot, at the initial screen hit F8 and stir into a safe mode to remove the software
If that be a pirated version of Photoshop, I'd speak it came near a virus.

If it flashed the Blue Screen of Death, then it must enjoy an internal error. Did you buy a fully legit copy of Photoshop? What version be it? Try to start in Safe Mode by: Start your laptop. I doubt it be caused by Photoshop. I outstandingly recommend you to use your recovery disks to REPAIR Windows, be aware that you can smoothly erase everything in your strong drive of you don't know what ur doing. Again, look for your recovery disks and use the REPAIR function, u won't lose your info. If it does not work, use like peas in a pod disks and recover everything, losing your info. Good luck!
