My complicated drive started clicking definite desperate and in a minute i cant install a spanking new window how do i fix the concrete drive?

Sounds like the admirer burnt out. Its the point that spins to give you RPM. If thats burned out you enjoy to get a alien one. There is no way around it. Its more expensive to try and find the right parts and sauter it on, than to a moment ago buy a new one. There are really nice ones for resembling 100 bucks at circuit city, and best buy. If its for a desktop look for at least 7200RPM, and 5400RPM for laptops. These enjoy a longer shelf life and are made for the dimensions to spin more rotations per minute, so it will be less promising to break down on you. Western Digital is a great brand, I am suprised that it stopped working on you.

You don't 'fix' bad complex drives. They are very as expected priced. Replace it.
This noise suggests that somethign is majorly wrong. I'd be getting a professional to bring a look, rather than fixing it. It's probably scrached and thats why things won't install. Back it up past it completely goes. You might want to win a bigger one for files if you need to replace it.
It requests to be replaced NOW. The drive is failing and the clicking could come from the bearing or leader contact with the platter. It cannot be "fixed".
