Can I upgrade my laptop's CPU?

I own a Toshiba A55-S306 and want to upgrade the CPU to a faster one. I dont see anything in the online support/manuals- is this possible to do? If so, how can I report what processors it can handle?

Answer:
Short Answer: No

Long answer: Bad hypothesis, to upgrade a processor means replacing the roast sink usually. Heat sinks are proprietary so you would need to find matching laptop as the one you have, but beside a faster processor, take the warmth sink and the processor out of that laptop, and put it in yours. And even after it might not fit. Also, doing this will void your warranty.
Probably not, since laptops are so sleek now, processors are probably embedded within. Then again, you could take a back at some electronic stores and find out.
