Try running a few prime number generator on it continously. That might fry it. A friend of mine uses one called prime 95 to interview his computers. Try running more than one at a time. Don't touch anything that says invalid if removed. Don't even unscrew the case.

You do realize you own to send your antiquated laptop in to hold it check out, right? They don't just dispatch you a new one. It doesn't work similar to that.
You say not to point out that it's a scam but...it is a scam.

open up ur system and unscrew everything if u seize lucky u might see a sticker that says "voided if removed" a short time ago rip it off and at hand u go...........if its a laptop next just give up it on as long as possible (under supervision) this might melt componints if it get hot enough>>>>>
