Why won't my laptop reboot from its power adapter?

it say it needs 130v or superior. the one i have belongs to the laptop and is 130v. its worked fine until in a minute. the battery quit charging too. i have a spare battery i rebooted from and afterwards i can plug in the cord and it will run from the adapter. don't know whats going on.

Answer:
it may be fine very soon? Put in the battery-operated and see if it starts charging after you have it going on AC. You may enjoy a problem on your power side just be glad it boots. Look for info on bios updates?
Might be a unpromising battery after. If it works with one mobile just fine and not the other...
You should nickname the manufacturer up or stir to their website. They may have a fix for it.
the freestyle is dead...its not competent to hold the charge anymore.

download the free battery tester program that will audition the voltage and scan the battery.
