Can anyone help out me find a honest Tablet PC?

I'm looking for a pious but cheap tablet PC. I already have a desktop, but I would only just like something that I can bring to classes and outdoors for my studies. I clutch electrical engineering so I need to draw pictures when taking record and not just type them up, so a tablet would be great.

Again, I won't be using this computer for gaming or video editing or anything that requires profoundly of power...I say this because I do not want to spend closely of money on a powerful little pc that I would not even be beating into. I save the rugged stuff for my desktop.

The most important features that I'm looking for are built surrounded by wireless (wi-fi), portability (something small), durability and a nice screen for drawing.

I'm thinking about getting a tablet laptop too. I found this HP one that I want to buy but I'm looking for a bigger blind but if youy dont mind or want a 12 inch sreen check out this link it seem to be a good price.
