For some drive the audio on my laptop is not working properly. When running ALL programs the volume is rather low even though the computer audio settings are on high as are the audio settings for the programs I run such as Windows Media Player. I be wondering if I should do a complete re-install of the original software to correct the issue?? Or would it be a hardware problem?? Is here a way to oral exam?? HELP please!

have you checked on the right side of the part, There's a dial or slide for volume. you may have moved it handling it.
i have the same problem next to my gateway i went to programs found the audio device used to the setting to advance and it fixed the problem hope that help.
