Is it possible for a computer to crash simply surrounded by consistent locations?

i own a really awkward problem...my laptop will work perfectly fine within most locations, except for in the library (at my college campus). what is cause this? it's not the wireless internet that shuts down...i get an blue error blind that flashs for 1 second and then it restarts. i cant even sign into my narrative. i have a dell computer and a window xp professional account. please relieve!

Answer:
It is an odd one.

I can't even activity a guess without seeing the error message on the BSOD or seeing the differences between the library and the places that work.

Look at how you are using the laptop and ask yourself "what is different almost the library?".
Quite Strange...

It maybe on narrative of your batteries, or the Adminstrator settings for the Operating System on your Laptop.
