What laptop do you own and are you chirpy next to it?

I'm looking to buy a laptop and don't know what model to find, there are merely too many choices out at hand.

Answer:
I have a PowerBook G4, which is essentially an old-fashioned version of the macbook pro. I in actuality use it as my desktop computer, and have a 30 inch blind attached to it, no problems. A mac is a great buy for anybody. It might seem more expensive, but if you hold a computer with comparable specs of a different brand, its still pretty competitive, not to mention only plain pretty :) Also, factor in the amount of time and money spent debug and getting frustrated about the poor layout of the Microsoft operating system, and you've get one hell of a bargain.

I might be biased, but so is anybody else that tries to convince you of something.
I own an APPLE laptop. It is like a MAC desktop, i dont reommend it for gaming , but for a business human being its reliable
MY SCHOOL GAVE US A "FREE" (HAHA) IBM THINKPAD LAPTOP AND ITS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF **** EVER.

ITS OUTDATED AND GETS VIRUSES AND CRASHES EVERY DAMN DAY.

WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GET THIS.

IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF DOUGH AND ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE MAC SYSTEM, YOU SHOULD GET AN APPLE IMAC LAPTOP. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.
YOU MUST HAVE RICH MOMMY AND DADDY! i do not have one, and will never know how to afford one! you spoiled little jerk! but really, a dell! is the best choice! theyare cheaper and are fitting laptops!
even though its most expensive, i'd say 2 attain the apple laptop. they are so great i love them.
I got a Dell Inspiron E1505 ultimate summer. It's pretty nice. I've noticed alot of crap running surrounded by the background the more and more I turn out the internet... think it'll ending another 2 years before I gotta impart it up. Had a Toshiba before this that last 4 years... problem was the company never needed to honor a warranty.
i own a toshiba satellite and i love it because when i am on the go i can connect anywere wirelessly. It have awesome speed, RAM all the best that you could ask for its model number A135-S4467.
I hold 1 Dell and 1 Toshiba, they both run good, but, I resembling the Dell more.
mac book pro...hands down the best laptop out near...kinda expensive, but you get what you clear for. if you do get a mac, return with the 3 year warrenty...it's worth it incase something happenes...everyother kind of computer sucks..because it's operating on "vista" microsofts modern programing...it's bad because you can't dl music on it.and i've even hear that you can't listen to music on it either
G' luck :)
I own a Dell Celeron preinstalled with Windows Vista Ultimate, Microsoft Office 2007, and adjectives the latest. I customized it myself so adjectives I have right immediately are just the essentials. It have 400GB of memory since it was customized and unbelievably faster than the most recent MAC. I compared the speeds of my Vista laptop with a Macbook of my cousin, my laptop is much faster.
Well it depends what you want to do beside it.

If you're looking for a business laptop, I would suggest one of the Dell notebooks for reliability. However, closely of the time you get ripped rotten on prices from Dell and other big name companies.

If you would resembling to build your own, you can go to http://www.ibuypower.com and create your own to your requests. While it isn't as reliable because they'll be much more reluctant to replace your laptop than Dell with their warrantee, you'll put aside an absolute fortune.
i hold a dell inspiron 700m. I'm not quite delight with the standard of the product. my battery is defect, so i got a refurbish one for replacement. About a year next, the touchpad broke down, so I gotta use a mouse. And now the usb is extraordinarily loose and one of them is broken. Guess I'm just pure out of luck. My cousin have the same laptop and get none of those problems, except the battery going impossible after a year, but that's normal. IBM's ThinkPad have pretty good point compare to dell, but usually it is very expensive. You can draw from student discount though.
I own a Compal HGL30. For the size its a decent gaming laptop so I'm immensely pleased with it, though the disciple is a little annoying sometimes.
I own a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092 notebook. I am really delighted with it.
I enjoy a PowerBook G4, the last rev. and yes I am pleased with it.
DELL INSPIRON 700m
