Where to buy a power cable for my laptop?
Answer:
A screw terminal block and some insulating video will sort it. A large ASDA or B&Q will hold the complete lead (assuming it's a standard 13A to "amount of eight" (two pin socket to the power brick) cable). Either solution should cost less than lb3. Maplin is a correct bet too.
Take your laptop to Circuit City or Best Buy. They can give you an sour brand chord for 50ish bucks.

So you could try here. Is there anything preventing you from simply splicing the wires together and tape them up with electrical video? It may be a cheaper option. They read aloud not to do it, but I've had no problems beside the times I've done it. You just own to be very watchful.
Hope this helps!
