How do I replace Boots Advantage loyalty card?

Please contact our Customer Care Centre on 0845 124 4545 (local rate) who will be able to repeal your old card and arrange for your points to be transferred to a replacement card.

Your replacement Advantage Card will be next to you in 2-3 weeks.
If you're shopping contained by store then ask the desk clerk to validate your receipts. This will print a barcode on to the delivery. Save all your receipts and afterwards take them into store beside your new Advantage Card and a partaker of staff will add your points on to your Card for you.
Go online, or pop into boots, hand over them yr details ie name & address, they will distribute you a replacement & it should have adjectives yr points carried over on to it.
Alternatively use the telephone number at the bottom of the unloading, it is quicker than popping into store as they will need you to stuff in a trial form etc. so try the phone number!
