How do I move the start dowel hindmost to its artistic position?

Just grasp the bar anywhere contained by the middle of it and pull it down toward the bottom of the eyeshade and it will stay there.
Be sure not to click on anything you don't want to stretch out, just clutch the gray area around the items within the bar, by pointing beside the mouse, then click and hold/drag the together thing down and permit go when you bring close to the bottom. It may take a few tries, but you'll obtain it. Also, if you run into anything else you don't understand, simply click on the Windows help box and type a give somebody the third degree. Drag the start menu and drop it where on earth you want it to be.
1. put the cursor on the start bar
2. hold the right click
3. move the cursor to the bottom of the blind like surrounded by the middle
4. make sure that start tablet is not "lock" and if it is unlock it by right click in the start pub and uncheck "lock the taskbar"

You lately move your mouse on an unused part of the start inn and holding down the left mouse button, "drag" it vertebrae to the bottom of the screen and it will snap here. To prevent further movement, click again anywhere on an unused part of start lump and choose "lock the taskbar"
