Scrolling Settings?

Each time I attempt to scroll, the page literally runs away from me,its much too speedy.This only happen on the Trackpad and not the Mouse. Suggestions

Try accessing the control panel applet for your mouse. (Click start > control panel > mouse.) Click the Hardware tab and below the section for devices you'll probably see entries for the mouse and one for the touchpad. Double click the touchpad device and another dialog box should unseal giving you various control settings for the touchpad. Hope this help.
